Welcoming Activities
Several things should occur immediately after a new member joins PH:
- Announce their membership and publically welcome them to PH at the next Sunday meeting, whether or not they are in attendance.
- Announce their membership and publically welcome them to PH at the first Sunday meeting they attend.
- Prepare an article for the next newsletter, formally welcoming them to Pilgrim House.
From time to time during, conduct a recognition ceremony at one of our Sunday programs, formally introducing and welcoming all recent new members.
