The Book Club organizer:

  1. Facilitates the group by leading the members in a discussion of titles to read and making a group decision on what to read at least 3-4 months ahead of time.
  2. Arranges for members to be hosts and sends our reminders to the group of meeting dates, places, time and book title both immediately after a meeting and again a week before the next meeting. The coordinator maintains a master email contact list and sends the messages in order to ensure everyone is included.
  3. Maintains a master list of titles read.
