Covenant Groups

Covenant groups are groups of 6-8 people who commit to meeting on a regular basis for reflection and sharing. See the Covenant Groups page.

Game Night

Provides family-friendly winter gatherings.

Game Night is a very casual gathering with no coordinators and no RSVPs. Originally chili and game night, the newer format is easier and more convenient: often meeting at 7pm on a Friday night, with popcorn for a snack. Attendees bring their favorite games. Some bring crafts to work on, or just come to talk.

Great Decisions

The purpose of Great Decisions is to educate citizens about issues of importance to American foreign policy and to provide them with the information to form opinions about the topics covered.

See the Great Decisions Page.

Harvest Festival

An intergenerational gathering of members, friends and guests, with food and music, that promotes shared fun and fellowship. Usually held late October or early November.

A potluck meal begins the evening, usually set for 6:00 p.m. Sample sign-up sheet templates are available for food, beverage, set-up and clean-up. The musicians and dance caller are encouraged to join us for the meal.

See the Harvest Fest page.

Music

If you have a musical talent, please share it with us! Do you play piano, guitar, or other instrument? Your talent can be part of our Sunday services, solo or in a group.

PH Night Out

Twice a year (fall and spring), the PH Night Out Coordinator organizes groups of people (6-8) for the purpose getting together for a meal and socializing. These can be held at a participant’s' homes or at Pilgrim House Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. The hosts generally provide the main dish, while guests bring appetizers and sides.

See the Night Out page.

Social Action

See the Social Action Page and the Food Shelf Page.

Summer Potluck

Provides an social gathering during the summer break. The summer potluck has been organized in multiple ways. Formerly, it was held at PH member homes and required a great deal more planning. In recent years, it has been a potluck at PH. It is generally held in July or August, at the convenience of the coordinator.
